If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can return your order within 14 days of receipt.

Return period

We offer a 14-day return period , during which you can return your order without giving a reason. These 14 days begin on the day your order is delivered. Please note: the return must be sent back to us within these 14 days .

Return Policy

All items must be returned to us in unworn, unwashed, and saleable condition , with all original tags still attached . Shipping costs are non-refundable .

We do not offer direct exchanges .

Would you like a different item or size? You can return your order for a refund.

Refund

This usually takes 7–10 business days after we receive your return. Processing in our warehouse takes up to 10 business days . After processing, you will receive an email confirmation of the refund. Please note that it may take up to 3 days for the amount to appear in your account.

Damaged or defective items

Did you receive a damaged or defective item? Please contact us immediately at info@stephanoofficial.com and include photos of the item and your order number. Our team will assess your request and provide a suitable solution.

Non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned:

Underwear and socks

Perfumes without original, intact seal

Sale items marked as Final Sale

Items that fall outside the 14-day return period

Items that have been worn, washed or damaged (unless previously approved by our support team)

Returns that do not meet these conditions will be refused and the products will be destroyed.

Return costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country and carrier.

We do not refund any customs fees, taxes, or import duties on returns.

Always keep your shipping receipt and track & trace number until your return has been fully processed.

Without proof of shipment, we cannot assist with lost returns.

Return Processing Time

As soon as you indicate that you want to return the item, we will immediately start the return process to ensure smooth processing.

After receipt at our warehouse, your return will be processed within 10 working days .

You can track the status of your return using your shipping service's tracking number.

Once completed, you will receive an email confirmation of your refund.

Please note that it may take up to 7 additional days for the amount to be visible in your account.
